Quick Update

Hello!

To anyone who still follows this project, I just wanted to leave an update to you. Solarblade is still being made and I have a bunch of plans, so you don't have to worry at all if you're still waiting for it.

One thing is that this project is very big and ambitious, so to lessen that a little I will most likely make a smaller title with Sol (the main character of this game), that would be developed before this one comes around to a finished state. It'd play a bit differently and not be 3D Zelda style like this one is, but it would introduce Sol and other characters, as well as the world (Helicalia). It would also take the title of Solarblade, while this one will most likely become "Solarblade: (Title)". At least that's the idea.

That way, not only do you guys get something faster, but it'd lessen the need to introduce everything in this (already huge) project. Meaning things can start off a bit quicker early on in the game, and I can focus more on the other important parts.
Whenever I get around to returning to this, of course.

I apologize for it taking such a long time, though. Making games is time-consuming, plus I have other projects that are in need of finishing before this one. I am currently working on 2 right now (Super Gear Quest & Kewtia: Crystallite Hunt), and I am hoping I can finish both of them this year. So it's a bit busy for now.

On that topic, one last thing:
All of my games are set in the same universe (or multiverse, technically), so you will find references, appearances, and more across all of these games.
For example, Sol appears in both the games I am currently working on, and is even a playable character in one of them! Places from Helicalia (where Solarblade takes place) appear in one of them as levels, too.
So if that interests you, you might enjoy looking into what else I am making, as it's all connected.
